This regional mall was such an adventure to work on… The developers were extremely passionate about the project, and we worked with a very talented team of landscape contractors and architects.
What impressed me most was the commitment from the developer that planted over 120 indigenous trees around the precinct and opted to plant LARGE River bushwillow trees in the parking lot that was from a local tree farm. The pots were all custom-made and designed to have a modern twist on a vintage shape.
This little gem also won SAPOA 2019: WINNER OF BEST SMALL REGIONAL MALL 2019.
